Strength & Conditioning.

Every clients program will include both resistance training and cardio vascular training. Having a holistic well rounded program will ensure that we leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of your goals!

This may include but is not limited to barbell exercises, agility training, calisthenics and body weight exercises, mobility training, long slow distance training, dumbbell and kettlebell training, sport specific training and HIIT training.

Movement is Medicine

Resistance training has many benefits including but not limited to:

  • Improved muscle strength and endurance

  • Improved neuromuscular control

  • Weight management/increased muscle-to-fat ratio (body composition)

  • Increased bone mineral density

  • Improved mobility, flexibility and balance

  • Increased self-esteem!

It is just as important to include some form of Aerobic training as well! The benefits of Aerobic training include:

  • Lower resting heart rate

  • Improved lung capacity

  • Improved endurance

  • Improved mood

  • Improved cardiac strength
